Jenard Training and
Personnel
is a Tasmanian owned and operated, Registered Training Organisation
(RTO)
that specialises in Retail, Pharmacy , Management training, Human Resources,
Training and Assessment and a range of related consultancy
services.
Jenard commenced trading in 1991, and since
then has grown to become one of Tasmania's largest and highly awarded private RTO's.
Our
team are all industry experienced practitioners who are also qualified trainers and assessors.
This translates to
participants having fantastic mentors available from their industry to assist them in their
skills development or career path.
Jenards’
training centre, in Hobart's the middle of the business district,
delivers the latest training techniques along with a challenging yet
supportive environment for those who plan to succeed.
Our motto
"Doing it better by working together" is
not just a slogan but indicative of how we operate and the importance we
place on supporting our participants and clients to ensure the right outcomes are
achieved.
Our
training timetables are set in advance, and with each group having a maximum of 12
participants, this ensures that individual and personalised attention can be
consistently provided to all participants.
We
work closely with employers and employees to ensure the outcomes from the
training can be applied to the workplace improving both business
performance and the positive contribution of team members.
