Jenny is a co-owner and the hands on Training
Manager. Jen has a unique ability to develop
her participants' communication and personnel skills,
selling techniques and human resource abilities. Jen is
currently specialising in the development and delivery of
the new Certificate IV and Diploma in Training and
Assessment (TAA04). She was recently awarded the Tasmanian 2008 TCCI
Professional Small Business Leader of the Year and is a committee member
for the TCCI, Employment, Education, Training & Skills Committee,
(EETS).

Gerry is a co-owner and the Business Manager of Jenard,
he has 37years experience in customer service and in the Training
Industry combined. He conducts specialised training in Small Business and Retail Management. Gerry's lateral approach to training involves a strong focus on current market and consumer trends. As Gerry's students will testify, his training style challenges learners to move out of their comfort zone and explore new ideas, and apply them in their places of work.

Cynthia Fowler has over 15 years experience as a pharmacist and has worked in both hospital and community pharmacy.
Cynthia specialises in dispensary and is an examiner for Graduate Pharmacists from the University of Tasmania. She is enthusiastic about the future of pharmacy and brings that commitment and dedication to the profession to her lessons.

Ellen
Cubit is our Administration Officer.
She has completed 2 units from Certificate IV in Business Marketing (Profile
the market and Consumer Behaviour), has her Certificate II in Business,
Certificate III Business Administration and her Senior First Aid Certificate.
Ellen also has over 6 years experience in customer service. Ellen's duties include
organising training agreements, and preparing all the training material required for the team. Her smiling face and cheerful personality greets our clients as they arrive and she's always willing to offer extra help. |

Natasha Hoad is the trainer and
co-ordinator of our Pharmacy department.
Natasha is fully qualified with a
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, a Diploma in Retail
Management, and a Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy which includes 20
years experience in customer service, product knowledge and buying.
Natasha has a vivacious personality teamed with outstanding people skills, while being able to adapt to a variety of situations and problems.

Jean Griggs is a trainer for our Pharmacy department.
Jean has many qualifications including Cert III in
Community Pharmacy, Cert IV in Community Pharmacy and a Senior First Aid
Certificate. She is currently undertaking her Diploma of Human resources
and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Her passion for the
Pharmacy environment is consistently portrayed through the training
programs.

Sally Burgess is our trainer/coordinator for the NEIS program.
Sally has over twenty years experience in hospitality and customer
service and an extensive background in Human Resources. She has an
Advanced Diploma of Business (Human Resources), Certificate IV in
Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
With a focus on the delivery of quality training outcomes Sally intends
to complement her current qualifications with a Diploma of Training and
Assessment.
